About the Role
We are seeking a proactive Finance Executive (Credit Control) to manage collections, cash applications, reconciliations, and stakeholder relationships. The role requires 2-5 years of experience in credit control or accounts receivable, preferably in the insurance industry in the UAE.

Responsibilities
- Process and allocate customer payments, deposits, and receipts accurately and within established timelines
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding balances across Motor, Non Motor, and Medical portfolios to ensure timely collections
- Maintain collection trackers, account statements, and financial records, providing regular updates to management
- Liaise with insurers, customers, and agents regarding payments, account reconciliations, suspension/cancellation notices, and outstanding balances
- Conduct periodic reconciliations between company, insurer, customer, and agent accounts, ensuring accuracy and resolution of discrepancies
- Manage escalations and coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational and financial issues efficiently
- Support process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance credit control and collection practices
- Train and support new team members while promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in Credit Control, Collections, Accounts Receivable, or a similar finance role
- Preferably within the Insurance Broking or Insurance Industry in the UAE
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
