- Lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of the organization's corporate strategy and long term strategic priorities
- Ensure alignment between organizational objectives and the broader aspirations of Qatar Vision 2030
- Drive organizational transformation initiatives that enhance effectiveness, efficiency, innovation, and sustainable growth
- Establish and oversee enterprise wide performance management and accountability frameworks
- Lead strategic planning cycles and ensure strategic priorities are translated into measurable objectives and outcomes
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to executive leadership on emerging trends, opportunities, challenges, and risks
- Identify strategic growth opportunities, partnerships, and initiatives that support long term organizational success
- Champion a culture of accountability, strategic execution, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization
- Oversee the development of executive level reports, business cases, strategic studies, and performance dashboards
- Ensure effective governance, monitoring, and reporting of strategic initiatives and organizational performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Public Policy, or related discipline
- Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred
- Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in strategy, transformation, corporate planning, consulting, or organizational development
- Proven track record in leading enterprise wide strategic and transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of strategic planning, organizational performance, governance, and accountability frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive complex organizational change
- Exceptional leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
