- Lead the development and execution of private banking growth strategies across key markets
- Manage and expand a portfolio of ultra high net worth (UHNW) and high net worth (HNW) clients
- Drive revenue generation through tailored wealth management, investment, and lending solutions
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as investment advisory, product specialists, and risk teams
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Identify market trends, client needs, and opportunities for new product development
- Represent the organisation at networking events and industry forums
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in private banking or wealth management
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; postgraduate qualifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) preferred
- Proven track record in managing UHNW/HNW client portfolios and achieving revenue targets
- Strong leadership experience with ability to build and manage high performing teams
- Deep understanding of investment products, credit solutions, and wealth structuring
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities
- Sound knowledge of regulatory frameworks within private banking
