Job Description

- This individual will be the primary representative of the organization, fostering relationships with a diverse array of stakeholders including board members, governmental entities, and community partners.
- The Executive Director will ensure that all programs align with the mission and values of the organization, while also overseeing financial health, compliance with regulations, and the cultivation of a high performance culture.
- A strong focus will be placed on data driven decision making, advocacy for the organization’s objectives, and championing of innovative practices.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience in a relevant field, demonstrating significant accomplishments in administration, policy development, and program implementation.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex organizations, including experience with financial management and fund development strategies.
