- Lead and manage audit assignments from planning through to completion, including risk assessment, execution of audit procedures, and final reporting
- Ensure audits comply with International Auditing Standards and firm policies, maintaining high standards of quality and independence
- Perform and review controls and substantive testing, including audits of consolidations and statutory accounts
- Prepare and review audit documentation and deliverables, including reports for management
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact during engagements
- Supervise, coach, and mentor junior team members, providing on the job training
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, ensuring efficient and profitable delivery of services
- Stay updated with changes in IFRS, auditing standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Experience in leading and managing audit assignments
- Knowledge of International Auditing Standards and IFRS
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to supervise and mentor junior team members
