Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the Chairman and Vice President
- Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements and executive correspondence
- Coordinate Board, committee and leadership meetings, including agendas, minutes and follow up actions
- Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Ensure smooth coordination across multiple business functions and senior leadership teams
- Support the preparation of presentations, reports, briefing materials and executive communications
- Anticipate priorities, proactively resolve issues and ensure effective management of executive schedules
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of experience in Executive Assistant or Executive Office roles
- Previous experience supporting a Chairman, Vice Chairman, CEO, President or equivalent executive
- Demonstrated exposure to Board level stakeholders, governance processes and executive decision making environments
- Strong executive presence, confidence and maturity
- Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication skills with excellent written and verbal English
- High levels of discretion, judgement and professionalism
- Experience within financial services, diversified groups, family owned businesses or large corporate environments is highly desirable
