Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from a recognized and accredited university
- Minimum 15 years of experience in road design, civil infrastructure, or related engineering fields

- Solid understanding of drainage design, grading, and geotechnical principles
- Proven experience reviewing soil studies and preparing engineering recommendations
