- Manage and optimize the Chairman’s schedule, ensuring effective prioritization of meetings, deliverables, and engagements
- Coordinate high level meetings, preparing structured briefs, key discussion points, and follow ups
- Act as a central point for managing priorities, ensuring timely execution of tasks across functions
- Handle confidential information with complete discretion and structured documentation
- Support strategic discussions by preparing structured inputs, summaries, and research backed insights
- Perform data analysis and interpretation to support business tracking and reporting
- Develop high quality dashboards, reports, and presentations using advanced MS Office tools
- Leverage AI tools and digital platforms to improve efficiency in reporting, research, and workflow management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- 7 8 years of experience supporting Chairman / CXO level executives
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong data analysis and interpretation capability
- Hands on experience with AI tools and productivity platforms
- Basic financial analysis and reporting understanding
- Excellent communication and structuring skills
- Strong multitasking, priority management, and adaptability

- Support financial analysis including reviewing reports, tracking numbers, and preparing summaries
- Develop high quality dashboards, reports, and presentations using advanced MS Office tools
- Translate complex data into clear and concise outputs for executive review
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage
- 7 8 years of experience supporting Chairman / CXO level executives
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations
- Strong data analysis and interpretation capability
- Hands on experience with AI tools and productivity platforms
- Basic financial analysis and reporting understanding
- Excellent communication and structuring skills
