- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting C suite executives
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in complex scheduling and international travel coordination
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Role Summary
- The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to C suite executives, including the CEO.
- Acts as a trusted partner to ensure smooth management of executive operations, communications, and strategic priorities.
Executive Support
- Provide dedicated administrative support to the CEO, including proactive calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings.
- Serve as primary liaison between executives, senior leadership, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare, draft, and manage correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
- Ensure executives are well prepared for meetings by compiling agendas and supporting documents.
Operational Coordination
- Plan, organize, and manage complex domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Maintain organized records of documents, contracts, and reports.
- Coordinate and support planning of corporate events, off site meetings, and internal functions.
- Oversee administrative processes such as expense reporting, attendance tracking, and procurement.
Project and Communication Management
- Support execution of strategic initiatives and special projects, conducting research and preparing reports.
- Facilitate effective communication within the executive office and across departments.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion in handling all business matters.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting C suite executives.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital collaboration tools.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Experience in complex scheduling and international travel coordination.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
