Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO and senior leadership team
- Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, and executive priorities
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
- Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, meeting materials, and executive briefs
- Manage incoming communications and ensure timely follow up
- Attend meetings, record minutes, and track progress on assigned actions
- Conduct research and prepare reports, analyses, and summaries
- Serve as primary liaison between CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate executive events, board meetings, workshops, conferences, and stakeholder engagements
- Support cross functional projects and strategic initiatives
- Maintain filing systems, records, databases, and administrative processes
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

- Willingness to accommodate after hours commitments when required
- Availability to work on weekends as required

Position Summary
- The Executive Assistant serves as a strategic partner to the CEO, providing high level administrative, secretarial, operational, and personal support.
- This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, initiative, and the ability to anticipate needs while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast paced environment.
- The Executive Assistant acts as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO and senior leadership team.
- Manage and coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, and executive priorities.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, meeting materials, and executive briefs.
- Manage incoming communications and ensure timely follow up on action items and commitments.
- Attend meetings, record minutes, and track progress on assigned actions.
- Conduct research and prepare reports, analyses, and summaries to support executive decision making.
- Serve as a primary liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate executive events, board meetings, workshops, conferences, and stakeholder engagements.
- Support cross functional projects and strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and follow up.
- Maintain filing systems, records, databases, and administrative processes.
- Monitor office requirements and coordinate with vendors and service providers when necessary.
