Job Description

  • The Business Incubator Manager will lead the planning, development, execution, and continuous improvement of the incubator program while serving as the primary point of contact for entrepreneurs, mentors, partners, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • This hands on role requires a proactive professional who can balance strategy with execution, overseeing day to day operations, designing and managing incubation programs, supporting startup growth, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring an exceptional experience for participating ventures.
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem, driving program performance, and contributing to the overall success and impact of the incubator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program Development & Management: Plan, develop, and manage the incubator's programs, initiatives, and activities from inception to completion.
  • Design and continuously improve program structures, processes, playbooks, policies, and operational frameworks.
  • Develop and manage program schedules, including workshops, training sessions, mentorship meetings, networking events, demo days, pitch sessions, and other activities.
  • Ensure successful delivery of all program components while maintaining quality standards and participant satisfaction.
  • Monitor program performance and implement improvements based on feedback, data, and industry best practices.
  • Startup Recruitment & Support: Source, evaluate, recruit, and onboard high potential startups into the incubator program.
  • Conduct startup assessments and support the selection process.
  • Provide hands on advisory support to founders in areas including business strategy, business models, market validation, customer acquisition, operations, fundraising, financial planning, branding, and growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for incubated startups.
  • Monitor startup progress, identify challenges, and provide practical solutions and guidance.
  • Support startups in accessing relevant resources, mentors, partners, investors, and market opportunities.
  • Stakeholder & Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with government entities, corporates, universities, investors, mentors, service providers, and ecosystem partners.
