Job Overview
- The Business Incubator Manager will lead the planning, development, execution, and continuous improvement of the incubator program while serving as the primary point of contact for entrepreneurs, mentors, partners, investors, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Development & Management: Plan, develop, and manage incubator programs from inception to completion.
- Design and improve program structures, processes, playbooks, policies, and operational frameworks.
- Develop and manage program schedules including workshops, training sessions, mentorship meetings, networking events, demo days, pitch sessions.
- Ensure successful delivery of all program components while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor program performance and implement improvements.
- Startup Recruitment & Support: Source, evaluate, recruit, and onboard high potential startups.
- Conduct startup assessments and support selection process.
- Provide hands on advisory support to founders in business strategy, business models, market validation, customer acquisition, operations, fundraising, financial planning, branding, and growth.
- Act as trusted advisor and primary point of contact for incubated startups.
- Monitor startup progress and provide practical solutions.
- Support startups in accessing resources, mentors, partners, investors, and market opportunities.
- Stakeholder & Partnership Management: Build and maintain relationships with government entities, corporates, universities, investors, mentors, service providers, and ecosystem partners.
Qualifications
- Experience in leading incubator or accelerator programs
- Strong understanding of startup ecosystem and entrepreneurship
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance strategy and execution
- Proficiency in monitoring and evaluation of program KPIs
