- Organize and participate in conferences, seminars, innovation challenges, and startup competitions

Position Summary
- The Entrepreneurship Professor is responsible for delivering high quality teaching, mentoring, training, and research in entrepreneurship, innovation, venture creation, business development, and startup ecosystems.
- The role involves designing and delivering undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, executive education, and professional development programs; supervising student projects, research, and startup ventures; contributing to academic and applied research; and collaborating with industry partners to streng
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver courses, diploma modules, workshops, and training programs in entrepreneurship, innovation, startup creation, venture growth, business models, and related subjects.
- Facilitate engaging classroom sessions, executive education programs, workshops, case studies, simulations, bootcamps, and experiential learning activities.
- Supervise and mentor students, researchers, entrepreneurs, and startup founders in developing business ideas, ventures, and innovation projects.
- Guide participants through entrepreneurial projects, business plans, feasibility studies, pitch competitions, incubation, and acceleration programs.
- Conduct research and publish scholarly and applied work in entrepreneurship, innovation, business development, and related fields.
- Contribute to curriculum development, program design, accreditation requirements, and continuous improvement of academic and professional education programs.
- Develop learning materials, assessments, and practical learning experiences aligned with industry and academic standards.
- Participate in academic committees, quality assurance initiatives, accreditation processes, and institutional activities.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners, investors, entrepreneurs, government entities, and ecosystem stakeholders to enhance collaboration and practical learning opportunities.
- Organize and participate in conferences, seminars, innovation challenges, startup competitions, entrepreneurship events, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
- Assess student and participant performance and provide constructive feedback to support learning outcomes and venture development.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, research, and best practices in entrepreneurship, innovation, and business transformation.
