Role Details
The role is an Executive Assistant or Coordinator position supporting the Hospitality Leadership Team.
The position is long term and based in Sharjah.
The stated salary is AED 10,000 per month.
Mandatory Details and Skills
- Coordinate governance meetings, activities, and follow-up actions for the Hospitality Leadership Team.
- Maintain action trackers and monitor progress against agreed timelines until closure.
- Document decisions, commitments, meeting minutes, and action points for relevant stakeholders.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to senior leadership.
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, appointments, stakeholder engagements, and business reviews.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, briefing notes, presentations, reports, dashboards, and executive communications.
- Consolidate updates from multiple departments for leadership review and decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-functional workflows, approvals, and requests and resolve bottlenecks.
- Maintain governance records, documents, reports, and correspondence with version control.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, itineraries, expenses, executive visits, and meeting logistics.
- Support strategic initiative tracking, stakeholder communication, governance compliance, and daily leadership-office operations.
