Role Overview
The Executive Assistant Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing the complete hotel operation.
The role requires an enthusiastic and committed leader who delivers high service levels and creative operational solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the hotel marketing plan, budget, and goals program.
- Manage relationships with guests, clients, company representatives, government officials, travel representatives, suppliers, competitors, and the local community.
- Coordinate functions with General Manager, regional, area, and corporate colleagues.
- Participate in inspections, maintain facilities, implement preventive maintenance programs, and manage FF&E.
- Enforce emergency procedures and monitor compliance with health, safety, and other applicable regulations.
- Maintain internal communication and meeting structures and assume responsibility during the General Manager’s absence.
Education and Experience
- A degree in hospitality management or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the same role or a fundamental hotel operations background in similar market segments is preferred.
- Good computer literacy and effective verbal and written communication skills are required.
