Job Description
The Executive Assistant Manager will provide comprehensive executive-level administrative support.
The role will lead and manage a team of administrative professionals.
The position requires expertise in managing executive offices and driving administrative efficiency.
Qualifications
- At least five years of professional experience in an executive administrative role.
- At least two years of supervisory or management experience leading administrative teams.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with executives and team members at all levels.
- Problem-solving capability and a proactive approach to identifying process improvements.
