Company Description
Sofitel Dubai The Palm is a luxury five-star beachfront resort on the East Crescent of Palm Jumeirah.
The resort includes guest rooms, serviced apartments, villas, a spa, fitness centre, kids club, restaurants, bars, and lounges.
Role Overview
The Bartender - Moana role supports beverage service in a casual fine-dining environment at Sofitel Dubai The Palm.
The position requires professional guest service, beverage knowledge, accurate order handling, and strong bar organization.
Guest Service and Standards
- Provide guests with service that meets Sofitel standards for food and beverage quality, presentation, sanitation, and professionalism.
- Maintain quality, appearance, and cleanliness personally and within the assigned area.
- Follow Beverage Department standard operating procedures and seek opportunities to recommend improvements.
Bar Service
- Set up liquor, ice, glassware, juices, and garnishes at the start of each shift.
- Process drink orders in sequence, verify the number of drinks, and handle billing efficiently and accurately.
