Role Overview
The Executive Assistant Manager - Food & Beverage will provide strategic and operational leadership across the Food & Beverage division.
The role supports the F&B vision, commercial strategy, and luxury positioning of Raffles & Fairmont Doha.
The role is responsible for revenue growth, profitability, operational excellence, and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the strategic direction of the Food & Beverage division and translate business objectives into commercial and operational priorities.
- Partner with hotel leadership to drive revenue growth, profitability, market positioning, and long-term F&B performance.
- Oversee restaurants, bars, banqueting, in-room dining, and other F&B touchpoints.
- Analyze revenue, profitability, labor productivity, food and beverage costs, guest feedback, and market trends.
