- Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules
- Coordinate internal and external meetings while ensuring effective time management and prioritization
- Screen, prioritize, and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Draft and prepare professional communications, letters, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate meeting logistics including venue arrangements, agendas, and supporting documents
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodation, transportation, visas, and itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations, business correspondence, and management documents
- Maintain organized filing systems, records, and confidential documentation
- Support day to day administrative operations and office coordination activities
- Assist in tracking key projects, deadlines, and management action plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Previous internship or administrative experience will be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage

Role Overview
- The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to senior management, ensuring efficient coordination of schedules, communications, meetings, and business activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings while ensuring effective time management and prioritization.

- Prepare reports, presentations, business correspondence, and management documents.
- Maintain organized filing systems, records, and confidential documentation.
- Support day to day administrative operations and office coordination activities.
- Assist in tracking key projects, deadlines, and management action plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
