My client a leading IT & Cybersecurity company is looking for an

Executive Assistant

to provide high-level administrative and business support to a senior executive.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and enjoys being at the centre of executive operations.

As an Executive Assistant, you will manage a wide range of business-focused responsibilities including report preparation, calendar management, travel coordination, expense processing, and day-to-day executive support.

The successful candidate will be solutions-driven, detail-oriented, and confident working with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the executive’s calendar, meetings, and priorities
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements and accommodation
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
  • Process executive expenses and support administrative workflows
  • Organise daily workloads effectively and meet tight deadlines
  • Handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times
  • Build strong working relationships and support a professional office culture

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior administrative support role
  • **Advanced proficiency across the full Microsoft Office suite**
  • Strong organisational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Proactive problem-solver with sound judgment and decision-making ability
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Arabic speaker
  • **Immediately available candidates would be desirable**
