The Executive Assistant at Ping Identity provides high-level administrative support to executives and senior leadership. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage multiple priorities, exercise sound judgment and maintain strict confidentiality. This individual plays a critical role in facilitating efficient communication, managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of the executive office.
You Will:
Act as a trusted partner and provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and senior leadership.
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle logistics for internal and external events.
Proactively identify and prioritize time-sensitive matters, ensuring that executives are well-prepared and informed for meetings and appointments.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and directing inquiries, and providing timely and professional responses.

Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company standards.

You Have:

Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy while handling multiple tasks.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in using productivity tools, including the Google Suite
Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information.
Proactive mindset with a problem-solving orientation and the ability to work independently.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000
In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
