Job Description
Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Chief of SBU.
Anticipate leadership needs, manage complex tasks with limited guidance, respond urgently when required, and exercise judgment and discretion with confidential materials.
Strategic Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between SBU Chiefs and executives, employees, clients, and external partners.
- Prioritize matters requiring the SBU Chief's attention and handle them directly when appropriate.
- Keep the SBU Chief informed of time-sensitive and priority issues and ensure timely follow-up.
Operational Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the SBU Chief.
- Organize meetings, gather documents, and manage meeting logistics.
- Answer phone calls and relay messages and information to the SBU Chief.
- Track key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items.
- Collate presentations and data and liaise with departments and business units.
- Manage organized and accessible digital files.
- Coordinate and submit expense reports.
- Perform other related tasks assigned by management.
