Role Scope
Own SAP delivery governance, assurance, executive advisory, mentoring, and strategic growth support for complex transformation programmes.
SAP Governance and Assurance
- Set and strengthen governance from early solution shaping through mobilisation, delivery, transition, and value realisation.
- Lead independent health reviews to identify delivery, scope, architecture, data, integration, control, and stakeholder risks.
- Review high-value SAP designs, estimates, delivery approaches, and recovery plans.
- Define quality gates, assurance standards, escalation paths, and executive reporting for strategic engagements.
Executive Advisory and Leadership
- Advise CIOs, business sponsors, and transformation leaders on SAP roadmaps, governance, operating models, best practice, and value creation.
