The employer is seeking an experienced Account Manager to protect, grow, and expand strategic customer relationships across Saudi Arabia.
The role covers enterprise customer relationships and commercial growth across SAP and PropTech solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own account plans, stakeholder maps, renewals, and growth opportunities.
- Build relationships with business, technology, finance, and executive stakeholders.
- Drive customer adoption, renewals, cross-sell, and expansion across SAP and PropTech solutions.
- Partner with delivery, pre-sales, and product teams to align client outcomes with commercial goals.
- Lead proactive executive reviews and maintain a healthy expansion pipeline.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in strategic account management, customer success, or enterprise solution sales in Saudi Arabia is required.
- Experience in enterprise technology, professional services, SAP, cloud, or PropTech is required.
- Strong commercial judgment and the ability to identify opportunities from customer needs are required.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and executive presence are required.
