Role overview
Exalogic Consulting is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to protect, grow, and expand strategic customer relationships across Saudi Arabia.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a focused target-account list.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new SAP and PropTech opportunities.
- Build relationships with senior business and technology decision-makers.
- Lead consultative discovery and translate client needs into value propositions.
- Own opportunities from prospecting through proposal support and handover.
- Maintain accurate CRM, pipeline, and forecast information.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of enterprise technology sales or business development experience.
- Proven Saudi Arabia or Riyadh market experience, ideally in real estate.
- A strong network and access to Riyadh real-estate decision-makers.
- Experience with ERP, enterprise software, cloud, digital transformation, PropTech, or consulting.
- Fluency in Arabic and English with strong communication, qualification, and stakeholder-management skills.
