Support the Senior Executive Assistant with day-to-day administrative and executive support for SALT's Leadership and Business Development teams
Assist with calendar coordination, meeting scheduling, travel, itineraries, expense reports, and leadership logistics. Support and coordinate complex travel, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries, and changing travel needs
Assist with executive onboarding, meeting preparation, schedules, materials, presentations, and organizational support
Support the Senior Executive Assistant with special projects and changing organizational priorities
Help create and improve administrative processes, checklists, trackers, and other tools that make the team more efficient
Learn new systems, processes, and areas of the business as SALT continues to grow
Learn to anticipate needs, solve problems, and provide increasingly independent executive support as experience grows
Handle confidential information and communications with professionalism and discretion
Provide administrative and logistical support to SALT's Business Development team and learn SALT's Business Development process
Assist with prospective doctor partner visits, executive meetings, conferences, travel, trainings, and other Business Development activities
Coordinate meeting logistics, travel details, meals, gifting, welcome materials, and other relationship-focused touches
Help create thoughtful, polished experiences for prospective doctor partners, executives, guests, and other important stakeholders
Build relationships across the organization and develop a strong hospitality mindset, learning to anticipate needs before they are asked
Take on increasing responsibility and ownership as skills, confidence, and business knowledge develop
Build the skills and experience needed to grow into an Executive Assistant role at SALT
3+ years of experience in administrative support, office management, reception, hospitality, customer service, executive support, or a related role; healthcare, dental, medical, or another fast-paced service industry preferred
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable with strong follow-through and the ability to manage shifting priorities
Bright, curious, resourceful, and genuinely eager to learn, with an interest in growing into an Executive Assistant role
Proactive and solutions-oriented; notices what needs attention, takes initiative, and is willing to jump in wherever needed
Positive, engaging, and service-minded with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Professional and comfortable interacting with executives, doctors, prospective partners, vendors, and team members, with a natural hospitality mindset
Collaborative, coachable, and adaptable; thrives in a fast-paced environment, welcomes feedback, and is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
