Job Purpose

  • Part of the global delivery team to oversee the technical aspects of the assigned region’s e Store business platform.
  • Lead regional L2, L3, and technical team members as the eStore Operations Lead.
  • Responsible for eStore operations team deliverables, responsibilities, and overall performance outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for support services.
  • Serve as a senior consultant for Regional ITC by providing technical advice and consultation on the eStore platform.
  • Clarify regional requirements related to eStore maintenance and enhancements.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team regarding requirements from subsidiaries, including predefined solutions, guidelines, bug fixes, and source code modifications within 5 MD.
  • Serve as the liaison and primary point of contact between Subsidiaries/Regional ITC and the maintenance team.
  • Evaluate, prioritize, and manage all escalated requests.
  • Perform resource allocation and workload assignment according to delivery requirements.
  • Develop work plans for deliverables.
  • Ensure deliverables are achieved beyond client expectations.
  • Report delivery status to clients and prepare delivery documentation.
  • Provide support to countries across different time zones.
  • Continuously develop expertise in SAP Hybris products, technologies, and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Hybris.
  • Experience with ticketing tools such as JIRA.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.

Experience Requirements

  • Experience working with business users to gather and define requirements.
  • 10+ years of experience managing operations.
  • 7+ years of experience in e Commerce technologies, preferably SAP Hybris.
  • Experience in B2B and B2C domains.
  • Knowledge of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and support processes.
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency.
  • In depth understanding of industry best practices and service delivery management.
