About the Role

Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and client requirements
- Perform detailed quantity take offs from AutoCAD drawings, PDFs, and design packages
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for villa/apartment renovations, commercial fit out, joinery, swimming pools, landscaping, and external works
- Analyze drawings, renders, and specifications to identify all project cost components
- Request and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Coordinate closely with Procurement, Engineering, and Project Management teams
- Prepare commercial proposals, BOQs, and tender submissions
- Identify scope gaps, design conflicts, and commercial risks during the tender stage
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in estimating and quantity surveying
- Proven UAE experience pricing both interior fit out and custom joinery works
- Strong experience preparing detailed quantity take offs from drawings and design packages
- Strong understanding of UAE construction methods, supplier pricing, subcontractor rates, and market trends
- Ability to independently prepare complete project estimates from concept stage through tender submission
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, joinery, structural, and MEP drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication and coordination skills

Job Overview
- Revive Building Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team in Dubai.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, quantity take offs, BOQs, and commercial proposals for residential and commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, BOQs, and client requirements.
- Perform detailed quantity take offs from AutoCAD drawings, PDFs, and design packages.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for villa and apartment renovations, commercial fit out projects, kitchens, wardrobes, TV units, vanities, custom joinery works, swimming pools, landscaping, pergolas, external works, flooring, gypsum, bathroom renovations, and MEP related works.
- Analyze drawings, renders, and specifications to identify all project cost components.
- Request and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Coordinate closely with Procurement, Engineering, and Project Management teams.
