Requirements
- Strong estimation and quantity surveying skills for interior fit out projects
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, interior design, and MEP drawings
- Experience in tendering, bid preparation, and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors
- Solid understanding of construction methods, finishes, and materials for high end interiors
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Previous experience in interior fit out estimation or QS roles in the UAE is preferred

Role Description
- This is a full time, Estimator/Quantity Surveyor (Fit Out) role based in Dubai.
- The role involves preparing detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender submissions for interior fit out projects.
- The Estimator/QS will collaborate closely with design, project management, procurement, and site teams.
Daily Tasks
- Analyze drawings and specifications, perform quantity take offs, and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Support cost planning, value engineering, and budget control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Handle cost tracking, variation evaluation, payment application and final account preparation.
Qualifications
- Strong estimation and quantity surveying skills for interior fit out projects.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, interior design, and MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs.
- Experience in tendering, bid preparation, and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Solid understanding of construction methods, finishes, and materials commonly used in high end interiors.
- Good numerical, analytical, and problem solving skills with close attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple quotations and deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast paced project environment.
- Familiarity with estimation and QS software, spreadsheets, and project documentation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in interior fit out estimation or QS roles in the UAE is preferred.
- Knowledge of local market rates, suppliers, and fit out cost benchmarks in Dubai is an advantage.
