We are a leading interior fit-out company in Dubai seeking a skilled
Estimator Cum Procurement Executive
with strong experience in estimation, sourcing, and procurement within the fit-out industry.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects, including materials, labor, and timelines.
- Evaluate project specifications and drawings to provide accurate pricing and budgets.
- Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, services, and subcontractors in line with project needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to optimize costs.
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure procurement and estimation align with project goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a database of suppliers, contractors, and pricing for future use.
- Prepare and present procurement reports and updates to management.
- **Requirements:**
- Minimum 5 years of estimation and procurement experience in interior fit-out or construction.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE market, suppliers, and vendors in the fit-out industry.
- Familiar with interpreting architectural drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in relevant software (AutoCAD, MS Office, procurement software).
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
- Professional certifications in procurement or project management are an advantage (e.g., PMP, CIPS).
- Strong understanding of cost estimation principles and procurement processes.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills to ensure precise estimations and efficient procurement.
