About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender submissions for interior fit out projects
- Analyze drawings and specifications, perform quantity take offs, and obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Support cost planning, value engineering, and budget control throughout the project lifecycle
- Track costs, evaluate variations, process payment applications, and prepare final accounts
- Collaborate with design, project management, procurement, and site teams to align budgets with design intent
Requirements
- Strong estimation and quantity surveying skills for interior fit out projects
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, interior design, and MEP drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Experience in tendering, bid preparation, and negotiating with suppliers and subcontractors
- Solid understanding of construction methods, finishes, and materials used in high end interiors
- Good numerical, analytical, and problem solving skills
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple quotations and deadlines
- Familiarity with estimation and QS software, spreadsheets, and project documentation tools
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Previous experience in interior fit out estimation or QS roles in the UAE is preferred
- Knowledge of local market rates, suppliers, and fit out cost benchmarks in Dubai is an advantage
