Architectural Draftsman
with a background in

and a minimum of 5 years of experience in an interior design / fit-out company in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed CAD drawings for interior fit-out projects.
- Convert 3D renders and sketches into precise technical drawings.
- Create detailed shop drawings for all interior items.
- Assist in BOQ preparation and project specifications.
- Conduct site visits for measurements and verification.
- Collaborate with engineers/designers and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain organized records of drawings and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years working as an Architectural Draftsman in an interior fit-out company in Dubai.
- Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of materials and finishes.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
- Available to join immediately.
- Ability to travel or commute to the job location in Al Quoz
