Role Overview
Urgently hiring an Automotive Estimator for work involving high-end vehicle auto workshops or garages.
Qualifications and Experience
- A degree or diploma in Automobile Engineering is required.
- Five to seven years of experience in a reputable high-end vehicle auto workshop or garage is required.
- Good communication in English and knowledge of vehicle parts are required.
- Arabic communication skills are an added advantage.
- UAE experience and a valid driving license are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain an accurate customer database.
- Prepare estimates at insurance premises and in the workshop.
- Liaise and coordinate with insurance companies and the workshop to complete jobs on time.
Work Environment
- The role involves working at an automotive workshop or garage and at insurance premises.
