- Prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for swimming pool projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Conduct quantity take offs and material calculations
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
- Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and tender documents
- Analyze project costs and ensure competitive pricing
- Support the sales and project teams during bidding and execution stages
- Maintain estimation records and pricing databases
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Estimator preferably in the swimming pool industry
- Good understanding of swimming pool construction materials, systems, and processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation related documentation
- AutoCAD knowledge will be an additional advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience working in the UAE market preferred
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple quotations simultaneously
- Detail oriented with strong commercial awareness

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Estimator for a swimming pool company based in Dubai.
