- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and client requirements.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates including material, labor, equipment, and subcontracting costs.
- Develop Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical/commercial proposals.
- Conduct quantity take offs from architectural and structural drawings.
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and site teams.
- Analyze project risks, scope variations, and identify cost saving opportunities.
- Prepare tender submissions within deadlines.
- Maintain historical cost data and update estimation databases.
- Attend pre bid meetings and clarify technical queries.
- Support negotiation and value engineering processes.
