- We are seeking a
- highly experienced Estimation Manager
- to join our team in Dubai, with a strong background in
- infrastructure and Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) projects
- .
- The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates and supporting tender submissions for major infrastructure works.
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed
- cost estimates and BOQs
- for infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities, drainage, etc.)
- Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications (RTA standards)
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and planning teams
- Identify risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving measures
- Prepare tender submissions, including technical and commercial proposals
- Ensure compliance with
- RTA regulations and UAE authority requirements
- 🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- **15 years of experience**
- with a
- main contractor in UAE infrastructure projects
- Proven experience working on
- RTA projects in Dubai
(Mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of
- cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and tendering processes
- Proficiency in
- Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software
- Familiarity with UAE standards, specifications, and authority approvals
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- 🔹 Preferred:
- Experience in large-scale road and infrastructure developments
