- Manage property and assets to ensure no asset or service failure reaches the principal
- Standardize House Manual and SOP systems for zero disruption onboarding of new properties
- Renegotiate vendor portfolio to clear cost discipline targets
- Design and operate verification, reporting, and escalation systems for remote portfolio visibility
- Codify service standards into portable systems that hold across properties and jurisdictions
Requirements
- Five or more years in private residential management, luxury hospitality operations, or comparable high service environment
- Experience leading and developing teams of ten or more
- Direct accountability for people operations including scheduling, performance management, and employment decisions
- Working fluently with AI tools in a professional setting
- Oversight of multiple properties across more than one country
- Experience working with or supporting high net worth principals
- Track record of building operational systems from scratch
- Strong vendor management and budget discipline
- Fluent in English

Position Overview
- Position: Estate Operations Director
- Total Annual Package: Up to $192,500 + comprehensive benefits
- Base: Up to $175,000
- Performance bonus: up to 10% of base, paid monthly
- Location: Remote (Global)
The Role
- Hiring an operations leader to take full ownership of an international residential portfolio on behalf of a globally prominent principal.
- Combine hands on property and asset oversight with leadership skills to build and manage high performing teams across multiple locations.
What You Will Own
- People: Lead household teams of drivers, chefs, housemaids, maintenance crews, and gardeners with full accountability for scheduling, performance, and employment decisions.
- Property and Assets: Ensure no asset or service failure reaches the principal; standardize House Manual and SOP system for zero disruption onboarding.
- Vendors and Budgets: Renegotiate vendor portfolio to clear cost discipline targets with single point accountability.

- Primary: Operational truth across a remote portfolio design verification, reporting, and escalation systems for full visibility.
- Secondary: A standard that holds independently of any individual codify service standards into portable systems.
What You Bring
- Five or more years in private residential management, luxury hospitality operations, or comparable high service environment.
- Experience leading and developing teams of ten or more.
