Role Overview
The employer is seeking an ERP Support Engineer/Analyst to join the team.
The role supports ERP implementation, system operations, functional assistance, and business reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the ERP implementation lifecycle through configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Troubleshoot ERP issues and resolve system-related problems.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and reports for business operations.
- Gather requirements and enhance ERP functionality with cross-functional teams.
- Train and assist end-users with ERP functionality.
- Document ERP processes, updates, and workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of ERP support, implementation, or administration experience in the construction industry.
- Hands-on experience with ePromis, Oracle, Expedition, Focus, or similar ERP systems.
- SQL and programming skills in Angular, PowerBuilder, and .NET are mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
