About the Role
Higher Colleges of Technology seeks an experienced ERP Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant to support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Oracle SCM Cloud modules.

Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to supply chain processes
- Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM modules, including Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Service Procurement, Supplier Management, and Sourcing
- Support end to end SCM ERP implementation activities, including requirement gathering, process blueprinting, configuration, testing, data migration, and go live support
- Analyze business processes and translate them into scalable Oracle ERP solutions
- Work closely with business users, technical teams, and vendors to resolve system issues and support enhancements
- Support integration points between SCM modules and other ERP modules such as Finance, HR, and Manufacturing
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, test scripts, user guides, and training materials
- Conduct workshops, user training, UAT sessions, and post implementation support
- Support reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics related to supply chain performance
- Assist with continuous process improvement and ensure compliance with ERP governance standards
Requirements
- Strong hands on experience in Oracle SCM Cloud
- In depth understanding of supply chain processes, including Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, and Demand & Supply Planning
- Experience in end to end Oracle SCM ERP implementation and post go live support
- Strong knowledge of data analysis, SQL, BI reporting tools such as OTBI, OBIEE, BOBJ, and Excel based analytics
- Ability to conduct workshops, gather requirements, and prepare clear functional documentation
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
- Good understanding of ERP governance, compliance requirements, and project management methodologies
- Previous experience in a complex enterprise or higher education environment preferred
- Oracle Fusion SCM certification would be an advantage

Job Purpose
- We are seeking an experienced ERP Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant to support the implementation, enhancement, and ongoing optimization of Oracle SCM Cloud modules.
- The role will focus on understanding business requirements, configuring Oracle SCM solutions, supporting end to end ERP processes, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure effective system adoption and process improvement.
