- The ERP Manager oversees ERP, CRM, applications implementation, upgrades, and daily operations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Role & responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive ERP, CRM and Applications strategy aligned with business goals. Assess the company's ERP, CRM and Applications needs and recommend solutions to improve processes and efficiency.
- Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization through the ERP system.
- Develop and implement best practices for ERP-related business processes.
- Lead ERP, CRM and Applications selection and implementation projects, including RFPs and vendor selection.
- Oversee ERP and CRM system implementation, including planning, configuration, testing, and training. Ensure the ERP and CRM system is integrated with other business applications and data sources effectively.
- Configure ERP modules and CRM system according to the organization's business processes and requirements. Customize the ERP and CRM system as needed to address specific business needs, including developing custom fields, workflows, and reports.
- Ensure seamless data integration, consistency, and accuracy across different systems.
- Plan and execute data migration strategies during ERP implementation, upgrades, or system consolidation. Ensure data quality and integrity within the ERP system by implementing data validation rules and cleanup processes.
- Plan and manage system upgrades to new versions or modules, ensuring compatibility and minimal disruption to operations.
- Monitor ERP and CRM system performance and recommend improvements to enhance functionality and efficiency.
- Manage ERP and CRM system upgrades and maintenance, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues within the ERP and CRM system, including system errors, performance issues, and integration problems.
- Provide regular reports on ERP and CRM system performance, usage, and issues to senior management. Develop and manage dashboards and analytics tools to support decision-making. Work with business units to create and maintain reports that meet their needs.
- Ensure the ERP and CRM system complies with internal policies, industry regulations, and security standards. Manage system security, access controls, and data integrity. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans related to the ERP and CRM system.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 10-15 years of experience in ERP Implementation and Management, 5 years experience managing people.
- Proven experience with ERP, CRM (Oracle Fusion, Salesforce) and applications in a medium to large enterprise Real Estate Development environment.
- Experience in Property Management, Community Management, Facilities Management is preferred
