- Support ERP planning and implementation including requirements gathering, design, and configuration
- Provide functional consulting as subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud modules
- Conduct functional and technical design workshops for new business requirements
- Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, and data conversions
- Develop end user documentation and training materials
- Lead quarterly upgrades and ensure timely delivery
Requirements
- Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and related modules
- Ability to conduct functional and technical design workshops
- Experience with reporting tools like BIP and OTBI
- Strong understanding of HR digital transformation
- Leadership and mentoring skills

Position Summary
- Job Purpose: To consult and support all stakeholders during ERP planning & implementation, including requirements gathering, design, quality assessment, technical and functional development, configuration, and post go live support.
Main Responsibilities
- Think beyond short term objectives to enhance ERP functional and technical implementation
- Support cascading functional strategy into operational goals for HR digital transformation
- Facilitate strategic objectives through process automation
- Expedite quality of ERP operations, development, changes support and utilization
- Provide functional consulting as subject matter expert leading clients through systems development lifecycle
- Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, Oracle Projects and cross functional modules
- Conduct functional and technical design workshops
- Lead and mentor business user interaction for requirement capturing, CRP Sessions, etc.
- Work as SME in Oracle Fusion ERP Data Domain including HCM, Payroll, Absence Management, etc.
- Work as SME on reporting tools BIP, OTBI and custom reports
- Advise client on options, risks, and impacts
- Configure Oracle Cloud Applications and document setups
Qualifications
- Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and related modules
- Ability to conduct functional and technical design workshops
- Experience with reporting tools like BIP and OTBI
- Strong understanding of HR digital transformation
- Leadership and mentoring skills
