About the Role
Higher Colleges of Technology is hiring an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Techno-Functional Consultant to support implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM applications.

Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion SCM solution
- Configure and support Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Supplier Management, Sourcing and Service Procurement modules
- Lead process design workshops, fit gap analysis, CRP, SIT, UAT and go live activities
- Support end to end Procure to Pay and Order to Cash processes
- Handle data migration, conversion, mapping, testing and validation
- Support integrations between SCM and Finance, HR and Manufacturing modules
- Develop and support reports, dashboards and KPIs using OTBI, OBIEE, BOBJ, SQL and Excel analytics
- Prepare functional documents, test scripts, user manuals and training material
- Conduct end user training and provide post implementation production support
- Resolve functional issues and support continuous process improvement
- Work closely with technical teams on interfaces, APIs, application extensions and custom solutions
- Support quarterly upgrades, ERP governance and compliance requirements
Requirements
- Strong hands on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
- Experience in Procurement, Inventory Management and Order Management
- Strong understanding of P2P, O2C, warehouse management and demand and supply planning
- Experience in end to end Oracle SCM implementations
- Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, migration and go live support
- Experience in CRP, SIT and UAT
- Knowledge of SCM integrations with Finance, HR or Manufacturing
- Experience with OTBI, OBIEE, BOBJ, SQL or Excel based analytics
- Strong stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills
- Production support and issue resolution experience
