Responsibilities
- Gather and analyse HR business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM solutions
- Lead functional workshops, CRP sessions, fit gap analysis, UAT and implementation activities
- Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules including Core HCM, Payroll, Absence Management, Time and Labor, Recruitment, Performance Management, Goal Management and Workforce Compensation
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, user manuals and training materials
- Support data migration, system testing, production support and quarterly Oracle Fusion upgrades
- Develop and support reports using OTBI, BI Publisher and custom reporting tools
- Train end users and provide post go live functional support
- Advise stakeholders on solution options, risks and impacts on related systems and business processes
- Work closely with technical teams responsible for reports, interfaces, conversions and extensions
- Support HR process automation and digital transformation initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an Oracle Fusion HCM functional role
- At least 3 complete Oracle Fusion implementations
- Strong hands on experience in Core HCM and Payroll is mandatory
- Experience in at least two additional HCM modules such as Time and Labour, Absence Management, Recruitment, Performance Management, Goal Management or Compensation
- Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, migration, training, upgrades and production support
- Full professional proficiency in English and Arabic is required

About the Role
- As an ERP Consultant – HCM, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, implementation, configuration, enhancement, and ongoing operation of Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
Responsibilities
