- Lead and inspire a high performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets

- 10 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales with a strong track record of success
- 5+ years experience leading high performing sales teams
- Proven experience managing complex, multi million dollar deals
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to align sales activity with business goals
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior executives
- Strong commercial and financial acumen (pipeline, forecasting, ROI, P&L impact)
- Experience working within large, matrixed organisations
