About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced and driven Enterprise Sales Lead to join our team in Dubai.
  • In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving strategic sales initiatives, leading high performing teams, and delivering exceptional results across complex enterprise engagements.
  • You will play a critical role in shaping sales strategy, building executive level relationships, and positioning innovative solutions that create real business value for customers.

Skills & Experience

  • 10 12+ years of experience in enterprise sales, with a strong track record of success.
  • 5+ years experience leading high performing sales teams.
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi million dollar deals.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to align sales activity with business goals.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior executives.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen (pipeline, forecasting, ROI, P&L impact).
  • Experience working within large, matrixed organisations.

Knowledge & Capabilities

  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales models and go to market strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of IT industry trends and technology solutions.
  • Ability to lead through change and drive transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to analyse data, market conditions, and customer needs to drive decisions.
