About the Role

  • We are seeking an experienced and results driven Account Manager to join our team in Dubai.
  • You will lead key enterprise accounts, drive revenue growth, and build long term customer partnerships.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, aligning customer business goals with innovative IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned to customer business priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C level executives.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through to deal closure.
  • Lead complex, multi million dollar enterprise deals across multiple business units.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting.
  • Translate customer business challenges into compelling IT solutions.
  • Lead and coordinate cross functional account teams to deliver customer success.
  • Build and manage strong relationships with partners across the ecosystem.

Skills & Experience

  • 8 12+ years of experience in enterprise account management or IT sales.
  • Proven success in managing and closing complex, high value deals.
  • Strong experience working with large enterprise or global accounts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including C level engagement.
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen (pipeline management, forecasting, ROI).
  • Experience in IT solutions, digital transformation, cloud, or enterprise technologies.
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams in a matrix organisation.
  • Preferred degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience).
