- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans aligned to customer business priorities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C level executives
- Own the full sales cycle from opportunity identification through deal closure
- Manage complex, multi million dollar enterprise deals across multiple business units
- Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting
- Translate customer business challenges into compelling IT solutions
- Lead and coordinate cross functional account teams to deliver customer success
- Build and manage strong relationships with partners across the ecosystem
Requirements
- 8 12+ years of experience in enterprise account management or IT sales
- Proven success in managing and closing complex, high value deals
- Strong experience working with large enterprise or global accounts
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including C level engagement
- Strong commercial and financial acumen (pipeline management, forecasting, ROI)
- Experience in IT solutions, digital transformation, cloud, or enterprise technologies
- Ability to lead cross functional teams in a matrix organisation
- Preferred degree in a relevant discipline (or equivalent experience)
