]Job Purpose:
The Enterprise Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of enterprise clients while supporting new client acquisition.
The role focuses on building strong relationships, driving account expansion, and delivering tailored solutions to maximize client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth in the UAE market.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Identify and acquire new enterprise clients aligned with company strategy using a consultative sales approach.
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account expansion.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities.
- Represent Paymob at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to generate leads and strengthen brand presence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience post-sale, maximizing retention and long-term value.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of B2B sales or account management experience, preferably in fintech, payments, SaaS, or digital solutions.
- Fluency in Russian and English (spoken and written) is a must.
- Experience managing or acquiring enterprise clients; exposure to tourism, hospitality, or retail is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate client needs into tailored solutions.
