Job Purpose

  • We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Business Development Executive to join our KSA team in Riyadh.
  • The primary responsibility is to acquire new merchants, manage these accounts, and establish strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth and strengthen relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute acquisition strategies.
  • Use lead generation tools to build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
  • Convert leads into sales opportunities and manage the sales cycle end to end.
  • Expand Paymob’s presence in KSA market by understanding local business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to align strategies and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and refine acquisition efforts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or account management in KSA.
  • Hands on experience with merchants, partnerships, or in the retail, fintech, or e commerce sectors.
  • Strong Lead Generation Skills.
  • Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
  • Proactive problem solving and decision making skills.
  • Capability to work independently and achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
