Role Overview

Required Qualifications

• At least 12 years of enterprise IT experience.
• At least 5 years in enterprise or senior solution architecture.
• Proven experience in multi-application enterprise ecosystems.
• Strong integration architecture experience.
• Experience in Azure cloud environments.
• Experience with ERP and CRM coexistence.

Preferred Certifications

• TOGAF certification is preferred.
• Salesforce certification is preferred.
• Integration platform certifications are preferred.
• IT governance certifications are preferred.

Enterprise Architecture Governance

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture principles.
• Define application, integration, Azure cloud, and data reference architectures.
• Establish the architecture review process.
• Maintain the enterprise architecture documentation repository.
• Monitor compliance with approved standards.

Application Portfolio Rationalization

• Rationalize applications across Oracle Fusion, Yardi, Salesforce, and BI platforms.
• Identify functional overlap and assess total cost of ownership.
• Recommend consolidation strategies and prevent redundant system procurement.
• Align system capabilities with the business capability model.

Integration and Middleware

• Assess the current point-to-point integration landscape.
• Design target-state integration architecture.
• Lead middleware platform selection and define API governance standards.
• Establish event-driven or service-based integration patterns.
• Define canonical data models and ensure integration-layer scalability and resilience.

Azure Cloud Architecture

• Define Azure architectural standards.
• Validate cloud workload placement decisions.
• Ensure alignment with SASE and security frameworks.
• Establish high-availability and scalability best practices.
• Guide cloud cost optimization architecture.

Data and Analytics

• Ensure consistent cross-system data flows.
• Align integration design with BI requirements.
• Prevent data silos and support enterprise data governance.

Joining Time Frame

• The expected joining time frame is two weeks, with a maximum of one month.
