Responsibilities
- Design and manage enterprise applications supporting JTC’s core operations and enabling functions
- Ensure seamless system integration and scalability across platforms, aligned with JTC enterprise architecture
- Oversee implementation and ongoing operation of information systems, including approval of functional and technical specifications
- Maintain and enhance enterprise systems, continuously improving functionality, performance, and user experience
- Enable data driven decision making through analytics, dashboards, and AI enabled tools
- Integrate data across systems and divisions, including third party platforms
- Lead technical data governance implementations initiatives in compliance with NDMO and regulatory requirements
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and lifecycle management across all systems
- Continuously optimize data and system capabilities to enhance business performance and efficiency
- Leverage artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities to enhance analytics, automate processes, and improve decision making
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in relevant field or equivalent
- Masters degree preferred
- Minimum 8 10 years of experience within the same field
- At least 2 years in a managerial role
- Experience in a relevant sector preferred
- Professional and academic certifications within a relevant field preferred
