Responsibilities
- Teach and educate students according to their educational needs, abilities and attainment potential
- Develop lesson plans that ensure attainment of learning standards
- Coordinate lesson plans with other teachers to maximize interdisciplinary reinforcement
- Provide direct and indirect instruction
- Prepare students adequately for all required assessments
- Evaluate students’ progress and prepare quarterly individual student achievement reports for parents
- Provide an inviting, exciting, innovative learning environment
- Engage in effective and appropriate classroom management
- Accept and incorporate feedback and coaching from administrative staff
- Serve as an advisor to students, including organizing advisory groups and overseeing academic and behavioural progress
- Support implementation of the ADEK National Identity initiative
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (QFE Level 7) in English or a related field, properly attested and UAE equivalency certified
- A recognized teaching qualification such as Teaching diploma, PGCE, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or equivalent licensure
- Valid IELTS band 7 for non native speakers
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience as an English Teacher

Job Overview
- This role is open for Cycle 1, Cycle 2, and Cycle 3 placements in charter schools across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain for the 2026–2027 academic year.
Key Responsibilities

- Prepare at least quarterly individual student achievement reports for parents.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (QFE Level 7) in English or a related field—properly attested and UAE equivalency certified.

Experience
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience as an English Teacher.
